Meet Chizubel Egwudo
Founder & CEO, The Risk of You
Chizubel Egwudo is a Risk Transformation expert who worked as an IT Consultant working on large scale IT projects for the likes of British Telecom where he was part of the team that rolled out the Pilot Broadband Programme with BT Openworld. He moved on to become an Independent Consultant Project Manager which became his launchpad into the world of Risk Management. He consulted and delivered many risk assignments working with government agencies and private companies such as Deutsche Bank, EuroClear, Brewin Dolphin, VISA, Post Office, National Health Service, Centrica, Nationwide Building Society, Network Rail, to list a few. In the course of his work, he has created value for his clients such as identifying over £20million in opportunities for British Telecoms and trained over 700 professionals either in one to one session, groups, class setting and workshops, doing so across the United Kingdom and internationally.
In 2020, he started working with schools and recently worked with Milton Keynes College to help students learn and develop employability skills. He has also worked with the University of Buckingham where he guest lectured the Postgraduate Business Students on ‘Risk as Business Grows’.
He is the host of an annual conference which launched in 2018 called The Risk of You Achievers Conference, a community created for Entrepreneurs, Professionals, Business Owners, Transformation Enthusiasts, Forward Thinkers, Students and anyone seriously passionate about achieving their purpose.
Linda Duberley

Linda Duberley began her career as a senior reporter on the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday before moving to Sky News as a founding Anchor. At the request of the broadcaster’s CEO, Sam Chisholm, she took a one-year break to take over as Head of Press and Publicity during Sky TV’s challenging post-merger period.
She moved to Hong Kong to set up and run the Fox News Asia Bureau and returned to the UK to work as a reporter /presenter on ITV’s flagship current affairs programme, Tonight with Trevor McDonald, where she and her team won the Race In The Media award for Best Reporting. She regularly delivers media and presentation training for a range of clients including the London Business School’s Global Executive Programme, senior educationalists and the Local Government Association.
In her role as a public speaker, she has addressed Women in Advertising and Communications London (WACL) and delivered keynote speeches for several leading charities. She publishes her own magazine, RiverTribe, in West London.
Sharon Doughty
Founder & CEO, Dot Com
Sharon Doughty began her career as a newspaper reporter before moving to the BBC as a crime correspondent and then the broadcaster’s award-winning regional evening news programme as a presenter. She moved into international news at Sky TV as an anchor and has regularly contributed to news and current affairs at ITV and Channel 4.
She set up the Dot Com Foundation and rolled out a risk and resilience programme for schools which has helped more than a million children across the UK.
Sharon co-chaired the ‘Enough is Enough’ Domestic Violence conference with Sir John Stevens for 600 global stakeholders. She is currently a consultant on the safeguarding group to Interpol’s Executive Director, Steven Kavanagh, who leads the national strategy on digital crime. Sharon is an accomplished TedEx speaker.
